肥厚性心肌病伴高血压病患者血清层粘连蛋白、Ⅲ型前胶原及透明质酸水平与Selvester QRS心电图评分的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的研究肥厚性心肌(HCM)伴高血压病患者血清层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)及透明质酸(HA)水平与Selvester QRS心电图评分的相关性。方法回顾性分析本院2018年1月至2020年1月诊治的100例HCM伴高血压病患者的临床资料,均行钆对比剂延迟强化(LGE)分析,按照LGE分析结果将患者分为观察组(LGE阳性)71例与对照组(LGE阴性)29例,比较两组间血清LN、PCⅢ、HA水平及Selvester QRS心电图评分,并分析血清LN、PCⅢ、HA水平与Selvester QRS心电图评分的相关性。结果观察组血清LN、PCⅢ、HA水平及Selvester QRS心电图评分均比对照组高(P<0.05);血清LN、PCⅢ、HA水平与Selvester QRS心电图评分均为正相关。结论HCM伴高血压病患者血清LN、PCⅢ、HA水平与Selvester QRS心电图评分呈正相关,二者临床应用价值较高。Objective To study the correlation between serum laminin(LN),procollagenⅢ(PCⅢ),hyaluronic acid(HA)levels,and scores of Selvester QRS electrocardiogram(ECG)in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)and hypertension.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with HCM and hypertension diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.All underwent late gadolinium enhanced(LGE)analysis.According to analysis results of LGE,they were divided into the observation group(71 cases,positive LGE)and the control group(29 cases,negative LGE).The levels of serum LN,PCⅢ,and HA,and scores of Selvester QRS ECG were compared between the two groups.The correlation between serum LN,PCⅢ,HA levels,and scores of Selvester QRS ECG was analyzed.Results The levels of serum LN,PCⅢ,and HA,and scores of Selvester QRS ECG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum LN,PCⅢ,and HA were positively correlated with scores of Selvester QRS ECG.Conclusion The levels of serum LN,PCⅢ,and HA are positively correlated with scores of Selvester QRS ECG in patients with HCM and hypertension.The clinical application value of the two is relatively higher.
