三炭益肾汤治疗IgA肾病的临床疗效及对尿微球蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的分析观察IgA肾病患者接受三炭益肾汤治疗的临床疗效及对尿微球蛋白的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月收治的40例IgA肾病患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例,观察组给予三炭益肾汤治疗,对照组给予常规西药治疗。结果对比两组患者治疗前后相关尿微球蛋白指标、治疗效果、临床诊候积分、用药后不良反应发生几率、基本资料、血清炎性因子检测值,与对照组相比,观察组治疗后相关尿微球蛋白指标数据更低,治疗效果更好,临床诊候积分更小,TNF-α、IL-6、CPR检测值更低,数据对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组患者不良发生总发生率差异较小,基本资料无明显数据差异,数据对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论对IgA肾病患者实施三炭益肾汤治疗方式,可提升其整体的治疗效果,帮助患者恢复较好的肾功能作用,降低不良反应发生风险,促进患者的恢复速度,改善其血尿等临床症状,且具有一定的用药安全性。Objective To analyze and observe the clinical effect of sancan Yishen Decoction on IgA nephropathy and its influence on urinary microglobulin.Methods 40 cases of patients with IgA nephropathy and treated from were January 2019 to January 2020 selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Santan Yishen Decoction,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.Results The indexes of urinary microglobulin,treatment effect,clinical symptom score,incidence of adverse reactions,basic information,and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,the data of urinary microglobulin in the observation group after treatment were lower than that in the control group,the treatment effect was better,the clinical diagnosis score was smaller,and the detection values of TNF-α,IL-6,and CPR were lower,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was little difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,there was no significant difference in basic data,and there was no statistical difference in data comparison(P>0.05).Conclusion The sancan Yishen Decoction for patients with IgA nephropathy which can improve the overall treatment effect,help patients recover better renal function,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,promote the recovery speed of patients,improve their hematuria,and other clinical symptoms,thus it has certain medication safety.
