摘 要:随着工业智能化进程的不断加速,工业企业即将由IT时代进入DT时代,检测监测大数据作为起重机械动态监管与健康诊断的重要驱动力,是构建全国起重机物联网监管平台的数据支撑,逐渐成为数据分析领域研究热点。然而,这方面的研究还处于初级阶段,缺少系统性规划。为此,通过整理和分析国内相关文献,梳理起重机械检测监测大数据来源,分析其数据内容和结构特点;提出适用于起重机械多源异构数据的模式集成方法与数据复制方法联合使用的综合型集成方法:并给出相适应的质量维度、控制方法和技术路径;最后结合现有研究对检测监测大数据质量控制提出几点建议,并对未来的研究重点进行展望。With the development of industrial intelligence,industrial enterprises will enter the DT era from the IT era.The big data of detection and monitoring is an important driving power for dynamic supervision and health diagnosis of crane.It is the data support of crane Internet of things supervision platform,and has gradually become a research hotspot in the field of data analysis.However,the research in this area is still in its infancy and lacks comprehensive and systematic planning.Therefore,through sorting and analyzing the domestic related literature,combing the big data sources of crane inspection and monitoring,analyzing the data content and structure characteristics;proposing a comprehensive integration method for multi-source heterogeneous data of crane,which is the combination of pattern integration method and data replication method.Then it gives the appropriate quality dimensions,control methods and technical paths;finally,combined with the existing research,some suggestions are put forward for the quality control of the big data in detection and monitoring,and discusses the future research focus.
