摘 要:数字孪生技术作为实现物理世界与虚拟世界智能交互、智能融合的关键技术,是践行智能制造、智慧城市、工业4.0、工业互联网等先进技术的手段,近期引起了学术界和工业界广泛关注。目前,数字孪生技术已在航空航天、生物医药、石油工程、智慧城市等领域开始探索,但研究成果相对较少且缺乏系统性,且未见在电梯行业的应用探索。鉴于此,概述了数字孪生技术的发展历程、特点及研究现状,建立并分析了电梯行业数字孪生五维模型,探索了数字孪生驱动的电梯制造环节应用,为未来在电梯行业开展数字孪生落地应用提供参考。Digital twin technology is a key technology to realize intelligent interaction and fusion between the physical world and virtual world.It is the means to practice the advanced technologies,such as smart manufacturing,smart city,industry 4.0 and industrial internet.Recently,it has attracted extensive attention from academia and industry.Now,digital twin technology has begun to be explored in the fields of aerospace,biomedicine,petroleum engineering,and smart city.However,the research results are relatively few and lack of systemicity,and no application is explored in elevator.In order to speed up the digital twin application in elevator industry in the future,this paper outlined the development process,characteristics and research status of digital twin.And established and analyzed the universal five dimensional model of elevator industry digital twin.Finally,discussed the application in elevator manufacture.
