摘　　要：本文以起升机构超速故障为研究对象,提出了以Petri网可视化的图像表示方法建立起升机构超速故障预估模型。该模型通过关联矩阵进行推理计算,清晰地表示出起升机构超速故障与其相关因素的动态解耦关系,推理方法效率高且通过实际事故案例验证了方法的准确性,对于类似相关领域的故障预估研究有很高的参考价值。This paper takes the overspeed failure of the hoisting mechanism as the research object.An image representation method visualized by Petri nets is proposed to establish an overspeed fault prediction model of the hoisting mechanism.The model uses an incidence matrix to perform inference calculations,and clearly shows the dynamic decoupling relationship between the overspeed fault of the hoisting mechanism and its related factors.The reasoning method is highly efficient and the accuracy of the method is verified by examples.It has a high reference value for fault prediction rescarch in similar related fields.
