关于电梯“单机械部件”制动器的失效风险与检验方法的探讨

摘　　要：“单机械部件”制动器电梯以其结构设计的缺陷已经不符合现行的国家标准,然而还有一部分此类电梯服役于人们的日常生活中,在定期检验中对于此类电梯的“单机械部件”制动器的检验要求与检验方法尚不明确。本文对此类电梯“单机械部件”制动器易发生失效风险的部位进行了分析,分别从机械部件和电气部件两个方面阐述了相关的检验内容和检验方法。Elevator with"single mechanical part"brake is not suitable for the national standard due to its structural design defects.However,there are still some such elevators are used in people's daily life.It is not clear that the inspection requirements and methods for the"single mechanical part"brake in periodic inspection.This article analyzes the parts that are prone to failure risk of the"single mechanical part"brake of this type of elevator,and expounds the relevant inspection content and inspection methods from two aspects:mechanical parts and electrical parts.
