摘　　要：Rich HTML可通过内容分析、知识标引,以及文字、图、表的结构化,实现碎片化条件下的深阅读。文章对Rich HTML的基本原理、特点及其在国内外医学期刊中的应用情况进行了研究,同时结合《检验医学》应用Rich HTML进行网络传播的实践,分析目前中文医学期刊在应用Rich HTML中存在的人员资金、链接版权、功能拓展等问题,以期为Rich HTML在医学期刊网络出版中的应用提供参考。Rich HTML can realize deep reading under the condition of fragmentation through content analysis,knowledge indexing and the structuring of texts,graphs and tables.In this paper,the basic principles and characteristics of Rich HTML and its application in medical journals at home and abroad were described.According to the application practice of Rich HTML in Laboratory Medicine's Internet publishing,the problems such as personnel and funds,link copyright and function development in the application of Rich HTML in Chinese medical journals were analyzed,so as to provide reference for the application of Rich HTML in the Internet publishing of medical journals.
