关于国产热轧H型钢用于装配式钢结构建筑瓶颈破解的探讨

摘　　要：国产热轧H型钢年产量虽已突破3000万t,但用于钢结构建设,尤其是装配式钢结构建筑,相对于欧美曰发达地区国家占比很低(相差20%〜40%)。本文拟从热轧H型钢用于建筑的优点特性简析热轧H型钢用于装配式标准化钢结构建筑发展瓶颈问题,实现工厂化制造,以期由型钢钢材向钢结构构件化转型升级的产业延伸。Although the annual output of domestic hot-rolled H-beam steel has exceeded 30 million tons,it is used for steel structure construction,especially for fabricated steel structure buildings,which accounts for a very low proportion compared to developed countries in Europe,America and Japan(a difference of 20%-40%).This article intends to analyze the advantages and characteristics of hot-rolled H-beams for construction from the bottleneck problem of the development of hot-rolled H-beams used in assembly-type standardized steel structures,and realize factory manufacturing,with a view to the industrial extension of the transformation and upgrading of steel structures from section steel to steel structure components.
