摘  要:基于分子离子共存理论(IMCT)建立了CaO-SiO_(2)-FeO-Al_(2)O_(3)-Na_(2)O-TiO_(2)-P_(2)O_(5)渣系的磷分配比预测模型,并讨论了组分变化对磷分配比的影响以及各碱性组元对磷分配比的贡献。结果表明,该模型计算的磷分配比与实测值吻合度较好;随着w(CaO)增加,磷分配比先增加后趋于平缓,其中30%是较合适的CaO含量;随着w(Na_(2)O)增加,磷分配比逐渐增加,且Na_(2)O比CaO脱磷作用更强;随着w(FeO)增加,磷分配比总体呈上升趋势;随着w(Al_(2)O_(3))、w(SiO_(2))和w(TiO_(2))的增加,磷分配比均呈下降趋势,且相较于Al_(2)O_(3),SiO_(2)对渣系脱磷能力的不利影响更明显;熔渣中碱性组元CaO和Na_(2)O对渣系的脱磷能力贡献最大。A prediction model for phosphorus distribution ratio of the CaO-SiO_(2)-FeO-Al_(2)O_(3)-Na_(2)O-TiO_(2)-P2O_(5) slag system was established based on the ion and molecule coexistence theory(IMCT).The influence of component changes on the phosphorus distribution ratio and the contributions of basic components to the phosphorus distribution ratio had been analyzed.The results indicate that the calculated phosphorus distribution ratio of model agrees well with the experimental phosphorus distribution ratio.The phosphorus distribution ratio first increases and then tends to be gentle with the increase of w(CaO),and the appropriate content of CaO is 30%.The phosphorus distribution ratio increases gradually with the increase of w(Na_(2)O),and Na_(2)O has stronger dephosphorization ability than CaO.The phosphorus distribution ratio increases with the increase of w(FeO),but decreases gradually with the increase of w(Al_(2)O_(3)),w(SiO_(2))and w(TiO_(2)),and SiO_(2) is more unfavorable to the dephosphorization ability of slag than Al_(2)O_(3).The dephosphorization capacity of molten slag is mainly attributed to CaO and Na_(2)O.
