摘　　要：大力发展风力发电产业是实现碳达峰、碳中和目标的重要举措,为解决风电开发与生态环境保护之间的矛盾,促进风电产业持续健康发展,从环境影响评价方面提出减缓大规模风电开发对生态环境影响的应对措施。Vigorously developing wind power industry is an important measure to achieve the goal of peaking carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality.In order to solve the contradiction between wind power development and ecological environment protection,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of wind power industry,this paper puts forward countermeasures to mitigate the impact of large-scale wind power development on ecological environment from the aspect of environmental impact assessment.
