摘  要:轻烃是蒸汽裂解制乙烯的原料之一。某些轻烃原料中会混杂烯烃,烯烃含量过高,会造成炉管结焦加剧,发生炉管堵塞。利用蒸汽裂解中试评价装置,研究不同烯烃含量轻烃原料的裂解结焦情况,推荐适当的烯烃控制指标。Light hydrocarbon was one of the raw materials for steam cracking to production of ethylene.Some light hydrocarbon raw material was mixed with olefins,if the olefins content was too high,coking of the furnace tube would be intensified and the furnace tube would be blocked.The coking of light hydrocarbon feedstock with different olefin content was studied by using the pilot plant of steam cracking,and the appropriate olefin control index was recommended.
