摘  要:乙烯裂解装置丙烯制冷机组检修开工后,汽轮机轴位移出现了持续增长的态势,对装置的长周期运行产生了严重威胁。通过分析引起汽轮机轴位移增大的原因,首先排除了检测系统本身的问题,通过对装置负荷、蒸汽参数、压缩机有关参数以及汽轮机真空度等变化情况与汽轮机轴位移的变化趋势的对比分析,确定了降低丙烯制冷机的负荷,改善蒸汽品质、提高汽轮机真空度等针对性的措施。通过一系列措施的落实,汽轮机轴位移增长过快的势头得到了有效遏制,确保了乙烯裂解装置高负荷平稳运行。After the maintenance start of propylene refrigeration unit in ethylene cracking device,the shaft displacement of turbine showed a continuous growth trend,which posed a serious threat to long term operation of the device.This paper analyzed the causes for displacement increase of the turbine shaft,the problem of the detection system itself was eliminated firstly.Based on the comparative analysis between change trend of the turbine shaft displacement and change on the process parameters,such as the changes in the device load,steam parameters,related parameters of the compressor,vacuum degree of the turbine and etc.,the targeted measures were determined,including load reduction of the propylene refrigerator,improvement of the steam quality,vacuum degree raise of the turbine.Through the implementation of a series of measures,the excessive increase momentum of turbine shaft displacement was effectively restrained,the high load and stable operation of the ethylene cracking device was ensured.
