摘　　要：针对裂解炉辐射段炉管的泄漏事故,通过对失效辐射段炉管的宏观形貌、化学成分分析、金相分析、机械性能测试等方法确认辐射段炉管的失效原因,并提出改进措施以避免类似的事故再次发生。Aiming at the leakage accident of radiation section tube in cracking furnace,the failure reasons were determined by the following methods,such as macromorphology analysis,chemical composition analysis,metallographic analysis and mechanical property test of the failed radiation section tube,and the improved measures were put forward to avoid recurrence of the similar accident.
