二级环锤式破碎机在输煤系统使用中出现的问题及改进

摘　　要：针对二级环锤式破碎机在气化输煤系统使用过程中存在的人孔门密封性能差、主破碎板磨损、环锤运行不平衡等问题进行阐述,相应提出改进措施,改进后的环锤式破碎机运行状况良好。同时,更换环锤时所采用的改进环锤配重方法,既缩短了环锤更换周期、减少了环锤更换的维修成本,又延长了环锤的使用寿命。The problems of bad sealing performance of manhole door,wear of main crushing plate and unbalanced operation of ring hammer existing in usage of two stage ring hammer crusher in gasification coal transport system were described,the corresponding modification measures were put forth.The operation situation of the ring hammer crusher after modification was good.At the same time,the improved ring hammer counterweight method not only shortened replacement cycle of the ring hammer,reduced replacement maintenance cost of the ring hammer,but also extended the service period of the ring hammer.
