摘  要:采用Aspen Plus模拟软件,对乙苯脱氢装置的反应产物进行了全流程的模拟分离,并对初分塔、苯乙烯塔、脱乙苯塔和苯回收塔的关键参数进行了优化设计。结果表明:初分塔的塔板数为80,最佳进料位置为第36块理论板,塔顶采出量为3764 kg/h,回流比为7.7;苯乙烯塔的塔板数为14,最佳的进料位置为第6块理论板,塔顶采出量为6000 kg/h,回流比为0.01;脱乙苯塔的塔板数为36,最佳进料位置为第16块理论板,塔顶采出量为240 kg/h,回流比为30;苯回收塔的塔板数为25,最佳进料位置为第13块理论板,塔顶采出量为30 kg/h,回流比为11。The reaction products of the ethylbenzene dehydrogenation unit were separated simulatively by Aspen Plus simulation software,and key parameters of the primary separation tower,styrene tower,ethylbenzene removal tower and benzene recovery tower were optimized and designed.The results showed that the optimal parameters were as follows:for the primary separation tower,theoretical plate number was 80,the optimal feed stage was No.36 theoretical plate,tower top output was 3764 kg/h,and the reflux ratio was 7.7.For the styrene tower,theoretical plate number was 14,the optimal feed stage was NO.6 theoretical plate,tower top output was 6000 kg/h,and the reflux radio was 0.01.For ethylbenzene removal tower,theoretical plates number was 36,the optimal feed stage was NO.16 theoretical plate,tower top output was 240 kg/h,and the reflux ratio was 30.For benzene recovery tower,theoretical plate number was 25,the optimal feed stage was NO.13 theoretical plate,tower top output was 30 kg/h,and the reflux radio was 11.
