脱丁烷塔的改造与优化模拟

摘  要:由于烯烃分离装置脱丁烷塔的进料与设计值相比,流量及重组分增加较多,导致脱丁烷塔无法满足分离要求。因此利用流程模拟软件PRO II对脱丁烷塔进行了流程模拟,建立了与装置运行参数吻合的模型,并提供了改造方案。采用灵敏度分析的方法,考察了进料板位置对冷凝器负荷以及回流量的影响,确定了实际工况下脱丁烷塔的最佳进料位置,并确定了灵敏板位置。Compared with the feedstock design of the debutanization tower in olefins separation unit,flow and heavy component of the feedstock was increased in actual production,separation requirements of the debutanization tower couldn't be met.The process flow of debutanization tower was simulated by PRO II simulation software,the model coinciding with operation parameters of the device was established,and the reform project was put forth.The effect of feed plate position on the condenser load and return flow was investigated by sensitivity analysis,the optimal feed position of the debutanization tower in actual operation condition was determined,and the sensitive plate position was determined.
