社会关系种类、社会关系能力与社会融入--基于在陆台青调查数据的研究

摘　　要：社会关系是影响流动人口在地融入的重要变量。从“强度”和“位置”两个维度出发,社会关系可以大致分为四种类型。通过分析个体通过强关系、弱关系、桥梁位置和纽带位置获得资源的概率提出:不同种类的社会关系具有相应的社会关系能力,即不同种类的社会关系为个体带来额外资源的概率有所差异。以在陆台青的相关调查数据为依据,采用回归检验的方法进行验证,研究发现:当在陆台青处于不同种类的社会关系中,拥有的社会关系能力越强,社会融入的程度越高。因此,仅仅鼓励在陆台青加入异质性群体组织并非最优途径,鼓励同时参与同质性和异质性群体才能更有效地实现在陆台青社会融入。Social relation is an important variable that affects the local integration of mobile population.From the two dimensions of“strength”and“position”,social relations can be roughly divided into four types.By analyzing the probability of individuals obtaining resources through strong relationship,weak relationship,bridge position and link position,this paper puts forward that different kinds of social relations have corresponding social relationship ability,that is,the probability of different kinds of social relations bringing additional resources to individuals is different.Based on the survey data of Taiwan youth in the mainland,we used regression model to verify the results:When Taiwan youth in the mainland are in different kinds of social relations,the stronger their ability of social relations,the higher their degree of social integration.Therefore,it is not the best way to encourage them to join heterogeneous group organizations merely.Only by encouraging them to participate in homogeneous and heterogeneous groups at the same time can they integrate into the society more effectively.
