X线平片及MSCT后处理技术在儿童肘关节外伤性骨折中的临床应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探究X线平片及MSCT后处理技术在儿童肘关节外伤性骨折中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2017年6月至2019年7月收治的60例肘关节外伤性骨折患儿的临床治疗,观察X线平片检查及MSCT检查的诊断结果并进行讨论和分析;对比经X线平片检查、MSCT检查对儿童肘关节外伤性骨折的诊断准确性、敏感性和特异性。结果经MSCT检查对儿童肘关节外伤性骨折的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为98.33%、86.67%、96.67%,X线平片检查对儿童肘关节外伤性骨折的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为83.33%、71.67%、81.67%,MSCT检查对儿童肘关节外伤性骨折的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性高于X线平片检查(P<0.05)。结论X线平片和MSCT检查均可有效的显示儿童肘关节外伤性骨折的影像学特点,但是MSCT后处理技术诊断儿童肘关节外伤性骨折的灵敏性、特异性和准确性更好,临床应用价值更高。Objective to explore the clinical application value of X-ray film and MSCt post-processing technique in traumatic fracture of elbow joint of children.Methods the clinical treatment of 60 children with traumatic fracture of the elbow joint from June 2017 to July 2019 in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed.the diagnostic results of X-ray plain film examination and MSCt examination were observed and analyzed.the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of X-ray plain film examination and MSCt examination for traumatic fracture of elbow joint in children were compared.results the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MSCt examination for traumatic fracture of elbow joint in children were 98.33%,86.67%,and 96.67%,respectively.the sensitivity,specificity,and sensitivity of X-ray plain film examination for traumatic fracture of elbow joint in children were 83.33%,71.67%,and 81.67%,respectively.the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of MSCt examination for traumatic fracture of elbow joint in children were higher than those of X-ray films(P<0.05).Conclusion X-ray film and MSCt examination can effectively show the imaging features of traumatic fracture of elbow joint in children,but the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MSCt post-processing technique in the diagnosis of traumatic fracture of elbow joint in children are better,and the clinical application value higher.
