摘　　要：随着新媒体技术的发展,社会对新媒体人才的需求日益增长。文章以新媒体行业人才的岗位要求为出发点,分析现阶段新媒体行业人才需求现状与高校新媒体人才培养实践课程存在的问题,提出新媒体实践课程方面的改革办法,以期对培养新媒体高素质复合型人才起到一定的促进作用。With the development of new media technology,the demand for new media talents is increasing.This paper,starting from the job requirements of new media talents,analyzes the problems existing between the current situation of new media talents'demand for the industry and the practical courses of new media talents cultivation in colleges and universities,and puts forward some reform measures for the new media practical courses.It plays a certain role in promoting the training of high-quality compound talents of new media.
