摘  要:为解决气弹簧助力式四连杆铰链发动机罩在开启和关闭过程中的操作力计算优化问题,通过对系统进行受力分析,建立了发动机罩开闭操作力的计算模型,并基于Excel软件开发了计算程序,从理论角度推导了发动机罩开闭操作力、铰链布置、气弹簧参数等的优化方向,以及各参数之间的内在逻辑,该推导过程也适用于更简单的气弹簧助力式定轴铰链背门或发动机罩。In order to optimize operation force of gas spring assisted four-link hinged bonnet system in bonnet opening and closing,a calculation model is built for bonnet open and close operation force based on force analysis of the system and a calculation program is developed based on Excel.The direction of optimization of bonnet operation force,hinge layout,gas spring parameters,etc.,is derived theoretically,and the logic among all the parameters is also obtained.This derivative process principle is also suitable for more simple gas spring assisted and fixed-axis hinged bonnet or tailgate.
