低分子肝素皮下注射并发症预防的循证护理

摘　　要：目的:探究循证护理模式在预防低分子肝素皮下注射患者并发症中应用价值。方法:选取2017年9月至2020年9月期间收治的74例皮下注射低分子肝素治疗患者为样本,随机分组,循证护理模式干预命名循证组,常规护理模式干预命名常规组。结果:循证组穿刺点中重度疼痛率5.41%、皮下出血发生率8.11%低于常规组27.03%、29.73%,差异显著(P<0.05);循证组中重度出血率0.00%低于常规组63.66%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:行皮下注射低分子肝素治疗者,给予循证护理干预,可缓解穿刺点疼痛,降低皮下出血风险,具备推广价值。Objective:To explore the value of evidence-based nursing model in preventing complications of subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin.Method:September 2017-September 2020,In 74 cases of subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin,Random grouping,Evidence-based nursing model intervention named evidence-based group,Routine nursing intervention named routine group.Results:The incidence rate ofmoderate-severe pain and subcutaneous hemorrhage in evidence-based group was 5.41%,P<0.05;The moderate and severe bleeding rate in the evidence-based group was 0.00%lower than that in the conventional group 63.66%,P<0.05.Conclusion:Subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin,Evidence-based care interventions,Can relieve puncture point pain,Reduce the risk of subcutaneous bleeding,Has the promotionvalue.
