综合护理在64排CT冠脉检查中的应用及患者满意度分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨64排CT冠脉检查患者采用综合护理的价值。方法:遴选60例64排CT冠脉检查患者研究(2019年1月至2020年12月),按1:1比例分为对照组(n=30,选用常规护理)、观察组(n=30,选用综合护理),统计两组造影图像质量、护理满意度、心率波动、心理状态。结果:造影图像质量:观察组I级(73.33%)高于对照组(50.00%),组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理满意度:观察组高于对照组,组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);心率波动:观察组(6.67%)低于对照组(33.33%),组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理状态:观察组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理在64排CT冠脉检查中效果确切,可改善其心理状态及护理满意度,亦可提高造影图像质量,值得借鉴。Objective:To explore the value of comprehensive nursing in 64 slice CT coronary artery examination.Methods:60 patients with 64 slice CT coronary angiography(January 2019 to December 2020)were selected and divided into control group(n=30,routine nursing)and observation group(n=30,comprehensive nursing)according to the ratio of 1:1.The image quality,nursing satisfaction,heart rate fluctuation and psychological state of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:image quality:the observation group I(73.33%)was higher than the control group(50.00%),there was statistical significance in the comparison between the groups(P<0.05);Nursing satisfaction:the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);Heart rate fluctuation:the observation group(6.67%)was lower than the control group(33.33%),there was statistical significance in the comparison between the groups(P<0.05);Mental state:the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive nursing in 64 slice CT coronary artery examination is exact,which can improve the psychological state and nursing satisfaction,and also improve the quality of angiography image,which is worthy of reference.
