摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童家长对第二类疫苗接种意愿影响多因素Logistic分析及干预对策。方法:选择2018年5月至2020年4月社区服务中心保健科儿童家长320名作为对象,采用社区自拟问卷调查分析儿童家长对第二类疫苗接种意愿情况,根据调查结果分为愿意接种组(n=277名)和不愿意接种组(n=43名)。统计调查两组与儿童的关系、民族、父母亲文化水平、家庭月收入、居住时间、接种等待时间、路上花费时间及家到接种地点是否方便等,并完成单因素及多因素Logistic分析;针对可能的影响因素制定相应的干预对策。结果:320名儿童家长均完成第二类疫苗意愿接种调查,结果表明:43名儿童家长不愿意接种第二类疫苗,占13.44%。单因素及多因素Logistic分析结果表明:儿童家长对第二类疫苗意愿接种率与民族、居住时间、路上花费时间无统计学意义(P>0.05);与家长与儿童的关系、父母亲文化水平、家庭月收入、接种等待时间、家到接种地点是否方便具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多数儿童家长愿意接种第二类疫苗,但是家长接种意愿受到的影响因素相对较多,应制定干预对策,提高第二类疫苗接种率。Objective:To investigate the multi-factor Logistic analysis and intervention strategies of children’s parents’willingness to inoculate the second type of vaccination.Methods:Choose 320 parents of children in the Health Department of the Community Service Center from May 2018 to April 2020 as the target,use a community self-developed questionnaire to analyze the willingness of the children’s parents for the second type of vaccination,and divide them into willing groups based on the survey results(N=277)and the unwilling group(n=43).Statistically investigate the relationship between the two groups and the children,ethnicity,parental education level,family monthly income,residence time,vaccination waiting time,time spent on the road,and whether it is convenient to get to the vaccination location,etc.,and complete single-factor and multi-factor Logistic analysis;The possible influencing factors shall formulate corresponding intervention strategies.Results:All 320 children’s parents completed the second-type vaccine willingness survey.The results showed that 43 children’s parents were unwilling to receive the second-type vaccine,accounting for 13.44%.The results of single-factor and multi-factor Logistic analysis showed that the parent’s willingness to inoculate the second type of vaccine was not statistically significant with ethnicity,residence time,and time spent on the road(P>0.05);relationship with parents and children,parental education level,Family monthly income,waiting time for vaccination,and the convenience of home to the vaccination site were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Most parents of children are willing to vaccinate the second type of vaccine,but the parents’willingness to vaccinate are relatively more affected.Intervention strategies should be formulated to increase the second type of vaccine coverage.
