“健康江苏”背景下盐城高校体育场馆服务全民健身路径研究

摘　　要：为实施“健康江苏”战略,高质量的推进盐城高校体育场馆社会化,运用专家访谈、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对盐城高校体育场馆服务全民健身的现状、问题与优化路径进行了分析与研究.结果表明,盐城市高校体育场馆对外平均开放率仅为43%,开放率较低.存在的主要问题是:体育设施受到损坏所造成的影响;健身活动给学校带来的安全风险;相关部门和人员责、权、利的关系不明晰,突发事件难以解决.研究优化的路径为:深化供给侧改革;构建主体多样性的协同机制;统筹学校、政府、社会、企业和社区五个维度共建共享体育场馆信息平台.In order to implement the“Healthy Jiangsu”strategy,promote the socialization of sports venues in Yancheng colleges and universities with high quality,this paper analyzes and studies the current situation,problems and optimization path of College Stadiums and gymnasiums serving the national fitness in Yancheng by using the methods of expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.The results show that the average opening rate of sports venues in Yancheng colleges and universities is only 43%;The main problems are:the impact of damage to sports facilities;the safety risks that fitness activities bring to the school;the relationship between the responsibilities,rights,and benefits of relevant departments and personnel is not clear,and emergencies are difficult to resolve.The path of research and optimization is:Deepening the supply side reform;Secondly,the coordination mechanism of subject diversity should be constructed;Coordinate five dimensions of school,government,society,enterprise and community to build and share stadium information platform.
