摘　　要：对于创伤性心搏骤停,院前、院内使用肾上腺素的效果尚不清楚。该文就目前国际上使用肾上腺素复苏创伤性心搏骤停患者与患者生存率、自发血流动力学恢复、出院神经功能等预后情况的关系予以综述,旨在为创伤性心搏骤停的患者使用肾上腺素提供一定理论基础。The effect of pre-hospital and within hospital epinephrine use in the patients of traumatic cardiac arrest is still unclear.This article reviews the relation between the epinephrine international use at present in the patients of traumatic cardiac arrest with the prognostic situation such as survival rate,return of spontaneous hemodynamics and discharge neurological function with an aim of providing a certain theoretical basis for the epinephrine use in the patients with traumatic cardiac arrest.
