摘　　要：目的:观察通痹舒筋丸治疗寒湿痹阻型椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。方法:将103例椎间盘源性腰痛(discogenic low back pain,DLBP)患者随机分为对照组51例和试验组52例,对照组给予壮腰健肾丸治疗,试验组给予通痹舒筋丸治疗,两组均以4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察两组患者临床疗效及视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分(oswestry disability index,ODI)。结果:对照组愈显率为68.62%,试验组愈显率为76.92%,两组愈显率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组ODI评分低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通痹舒筋丸可改善寒湿痹阻型椎间盘源性腰痛患者症状,缓解疼痛,且无明显不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Obstruction-Dredging and Tendon-Relaxing Pills on discogenic low back pain(DLBP) with syndrome of internal obstruction of cold-dampness.Methods:A total of 103 patients with discogenic low back pain(DLBP) were randomly divided into the control group with 51 cases and the experimental group with 52 cases.The control group was treated with Zhuangyao Jianshen Pills(壮腰健肾丸,ZYJSP),while the experimental group was treated with Obstruction-Dredging and Tendon-Relaxing Pills.One course of treatment lasted 4 weeks.After one course of treatment,the clinical efficacy and visual analogue score(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI) of the two groups were observed.Results:The remarkably effective rate of the control group was 68.62%,and that of the experimental group was 76.92%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was also statistically significant(P<0.05).The ODI score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was also statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Obstruction-Dredging and Tendon-Relaxing Pills can improve the symptoms of DLBP with syndrome of internal obstruction of cold-dampness,relieve pain,and have no obvious adverse reactions.
