摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血化痰汤治疗臁疮的临床疗效。方法:将67例臁疮患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组33例和对照组34例。两组患者均给予化腐清创术,治疗组在化腐清创术的基础上口服益气活血化痰汤治疗,对照组在化腐清创术的基础上口服补阳还五汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、每周创面愈合面积及治疗前后创面面积。结果:两组患者治疗后创面面积小于本组治疗前,且治疗组治疗后小于对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组每周创面愈合面积大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为91.18%,对照组有效率为63.64%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血化痰汤治疗臁疮,可加快创面愈合速度,缩小创面面积。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Qi-Boosting and Blood-Activating and Phlegm-Resolving Decoction on shank sore. Methods: A total of 67 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group with 33 cases and the control group with 34 cases. Two groups of patients were all first given treatment for removing the rotten and cleaning up the wound. Then the treatment group was additionally treated with Qi-Boosting and Blood-Activating and Phlegm-Resolving Decoction for oral administration,while the control group was additionally treated with Yang-Supplementing and Five-Returning Decoction for oral administration. The clinical efficacy and wound healing area per week were compared between the two groups,and the wound healing areas before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The wound area of the two groups after treatment was smaller than that of the same group before treatment,and the wound area of the treatment group was smaller than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The wound healing area of the treatment group was larger than that of the control group,after treatment,and the difference was statisti-cally significant( P < 0. 05). The effective rate of the treatment group was 91. 18%,and that of the control group was 63. 64%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: In terms of shank sore,Qi-Boosting and Blood-Activating and Phlegm-Resolving Decoction can accelerate the wound healing and reduce the wound area.
