逐疫除热、清解疫毒苗药的品种调研与整理

摘　　要：目的:为传统医药防治新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease2019,COVID-19)等疫毒的临床应用和抗病毒药物研发提供参考。方法:从400余种常用苗药中归纳、整理出112种具有逐疫除热、清解疫毒功效的品种,并列出其植物来源、功效与用药特点。结果:具有逐疫除热、清解疫毒作用的苗药品种分布在60科98属,共计112种,逐疫除热、清解疫毒苗药与清热解毒中药均以热病冷治为治则。结论:无论是清热解毒类中药,还是逐疫除热、清解疫毒类苗药,均为寒凉之品;药材炮制方面,中医多用干品或炮制品,而苗医喜用鲜品。Objective:To provide references for the clinical application of antiviral drugs such as coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) and the development of antiviral drugs.Methods:From more than 400 kinds of commonly-used Miao medicine,112 kinds of varieties with the efficacy of removing heat and virus by pestilence were summarized and sorted out,and their plant source,efficacy and medication characteristics were listed.Results:The varieties of Miao medicine with the functions of removing plague and fever were distributed in 98 genera of 60 families,with 112 species in total.Both Miao medicine with the functions of removing plague and fever and the Chinese medicinals for clearing heat and resolving toxins have taken treating heat disease with cold medicinals as the treatment principle.Conclusion:Whether it is a kind of Chinese medicinal for clearing heat and resolving toxins,or the one for removing plague and fever,they all have cold and cool properties.In terms of processing,dry or processed products are often used in TCM,while Miao medical likes to use fresh products.
