摘  要:将F-12芳纶纤维进行表面改性,采用化学镀的方法在改性纤维表面负载Ni、Ag两层金属,制得镀Ni-Ag芳纶复合导电纤维。通过SEM分别对初始纤维、改性后及完成化学镀后纤维的表观形貌进行观察,采用EDS和XRD分析了镀层元素及其含量,测试纤维的导电性、热稳定性、力学性能、表面金属层粘结性及耐酸碱腐蚀性。结果表明,镀Ni-Ag芳纶纤维表面金属层完整致密,无明显缺陷,界面结合强度高;电阻率为0.92×10-7Ω/cm,导电性好;5%热失重温度为506℃,耐高温性能优异;拉伸强度为2.53GPa,力学性能优良。F-12 aramid fiber was subjected to surface modification,and the electroless plating method was used to load two layers of metal,nickel and silver,successfully prepared a nickel-silver aramid composite conductive fiber.Observing the surface morphology of the aramid fibers by SEM,the composition and phase structure of the coating were analyzed using EDS and XRD,the electrical conductivity,thermal stability,mechanical properties,surface silver layer adhesion and acid and alkali corrosion resistance of the fibers were tested.The results shown that the metal layer on the surface of the nickel-silver aramid fiber was smooth and dense,the interface bonding strength was high,and there were no obvious defects on the surface.The resistivity was 0.92×10-7Ω/cm,which shown the conductivity was good.Besides,the 5%thermal weight loss temperature was 506℃,which was excellent in heat resistance,and its tensile strength was 2.53 GPa.It was a kind of high-performance organic conductive fibers.
