临床药师参与1例儿童慢性活动性EB病毒感染治疗的临床实践

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师对儿童慢性活动性EB病毒感染的临床治疗实践。方法:临床药师参与1例儿童慢性活动性EB病毒感染的治疗过程,通过查阅相关治疗指南及文献回顾,协助医师完善治疗方案,并对初始治疗、诱导期治疗药物选择及化疗不良反应进行用药监护。结果:患儿病情得到有效控制,未出现EB病毒再次激活免疫可能导致重新诱导治疗及骨髓抑制和严重感染等不良反应发生。2次化疗后,病情平稳,转入专科医院进行异体造血干细胞移植治疗。结论:临床药师深入临床,发挥专业优势,对儿童慢性活动性EB病毒感染安全、有效、合理用药治疗有积极意义。Objective:To probe into the clinical treatment practice for children with chronic active Epstein-Barr virus infection by clinical pharmacists.Methods:Clinical pharmacists participated into the treatment for one child with chronic active Epstein-Barr virus infection.By reviewing relevant treatment guidelines and literature reviews,clinical pharmacists assisted clinicians to improve the treatment regimen and monitor the initial treatment,selection of drugs during induction period and adverse drug reactions of chemotherapy.Results:The child’s condition was effectively controlled without the occurrence of adverse drug reactions such as re-induction of treatment,bone marrow suppression and severe infections induced by reactivation of Epstein-Barr virus immunity.After two chemotherapy sessions,the child was in stable condition and was transferred to the specialist hospital for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists give full play to the professional advantages in clinic,which have positive significance for the safe,effective and rational use of drugs for chronic active Epstein-Barr virus infection in children.
