摘  要:在热弹塑性理论和AWS标准的基础上,建立了典型接头的焊接热过程模型,通过数值仿真分析对接、横向搭接和纵向搭接结构的温度变化、残余应力分布和变形情况,得到了焊接结构的力学性能和变形规律数据。结果表明,残余应力在焊缝与母材接合处呈现最大值并向两侧对称分布,焊接过程中的残余应力分布呈现“双峰”,横向搭接板在两侧焊缝以不同方案进行焊接时的残余应力分布表现不同,焊接结构的变形量在焊缝方向小于焊缝垂直方向。掌握焊接热过程后的残余应力分布状态和变形情况为对典型接头的后续强度研究和疲劳断裂研究提供了重要的参考依据。The numerical models of the typical joints during the welding process were established based on thermal elastoplastic theory and AWS standards.Temperature variation,residual stress and deformation of the butt,transverse lap and longitudinal lap joints were investigated and discussed.The simulation results show that the residual stress presented a maximum value at the joint between the solder and the base metal as well as a symmetry in the two sides.The residual stress distribution in the welding process presents the characteristics of“double peak movement”,and that of the transverse lap board on both sides is dependent on the welding schemes.The axial deformation of the welding seam is smaller than the vertical deformation.The obtained results and conclusions could provide a significant reference for future research on both structure strength and fatigue fracture.
