摘 要:为研究指控装备舱体板和内部部件腔体板应对钨球破片撞击的防护能力,进一步改进指控装备防护设计,通过理论分析、实验和有限元仿真的方法,研究了钨球破片对指控装备舱体和部件腔体的等效靶板侵彻特性,获取了钨球破片撞击等效靶板的极限穿透速度,并运用有限元软件AUTODYN对钨球破片侵彻等效靶板的毁伤效应进行数值模拟仿真,进一步分析了破片直径、速度、入射角度,靶板厚度、靶板间隔对等效靶板抗毁伤能力的影响。结果表明:随着破片速度和直径的增加,等效靶板抗毁伤能力也不断增强,但仍不能改变被破片越来越容易穿透的趋势;随着破片入射角度的增大,第1层等效靶板的抗毁伤能力变强,第2层等效靶板抗毁伤能力先增强后减弱,但却可以抵挡破片使其由穿透变为侵彻和跳飞;随着靶板厚度增加,等效靶板的抗侵彻能力明显增强;随着靶板间隔的增大,破片在靶板间隔中失能增加,靶板抗毁伤能力反而下降。In order to study the protection ability of the control and control equipment cabin panel and the internal component cavity plate against the impact of tungsten ball fragments,and to further improve the protection design of the control and control equipment,this paper used theoretical analysis,experimental verification and finite element simulation methods to study the control of the tungsten ball fragments.Equivalent target penetration characteristics of the equipment cabin and component cavities,the ultimate penetration speed of the tungsten ball fragments hitting the equivalent target board was obtained,and the finite element software AUTODYN was used to damage the equivalent target board by the tungsten ball fragments.The effect was simulated by numerical simulation,and the influence of fragment diameter,speed,incident angle,target thickness,and target spacing on the anti-damage ability of the equivalent target was further analyzed.The results show that with the increase of fragment velocity and diameter,the anti-damage ability of the equivalent target plate is continuously enhanced,but the tendency of the fragments to penetrate more and more easily cannot be changed;as the incident angle of fragments increases,the first layer of the anti-damage ability of the equivalent target board becomes stronger,and the second-layer equivalent target board’s anti-damage ability is first enhanced and then weakened,but it can resist the fragments and make it from penetration to penetration and jumping;as the thickness of the target board increases,the anti-penetration ability of the equivalent target plate is obviously enhanced;with the increase of the target plate interval,the fragmentation in the target plate interval increases,and the target plate’s anti-damage ability decreases.
