多锥结构药型罩侵彻性能数值模拟研究

摘  要:为探索药型罩结构,特别是多锥结构对聚能射流的形成及侵彻性能的影响,运用LS-DYNA有限元软件,建立了不同锥数和变锥位置药型罩侵彻钢靶的有限元模型,仿真得到了不同锥数多锥药型罩所形成射流的速度、动能及对钢靶板的侵彻深度,研究了锥数对射流侵彻性能的影响。并针对优化后的双锥药型罩,研究不同变锥位置对射流侵彻性能的影响。分析结果表明,双锥形药型罩且上下锥底面径向尺寸比为1∶2时,具有较高侵彻性能。In order to explore the influence of the charge cover structure,especially the Multi-Cone structure,on the formation and penetration performance of the concentrated jet.,we designed the muti-cone liner-shaped structure,using LS-DYNA finite element software,and set up different number of cone and cone penetration position liner-shaped finite element model with steel target,by the simulation obtain the jet velocity and kinetic energy and penetration depth of steel plates.The influence of different cone numbers on jet penetration performance was studied by changing laws of various factors.The influence of different taper positions on jet penetration performance was studied by changing the taper position of the optimized double-cone shaped charge cover.The analysis results show that the double-cone shaped charge cover has better penetration performance when the ratio of radial dimension of upper and lower cones is 1∶2.
