摘 要:针对铝粉在水悬浮造粒过程中易与水发生反应的问题,对传统水悬浮造粒工艺进行改进,采用无水乙醇作为悬浮法溶剂介质,可应用于含铝炸药的溶剂悬浮造粒。实验结果表明:该造粒技术能有效避免铝粉与水发生反应,获得的造型粉颗粒与捏合法相比,大小更加均匀、流散性更好,爆热值相当;该含铝炸药安全性能良好,撞击感度和摩擦感度均为0%;采用溶剂悬浮法制备的含铝炸药,成型性能良好,压制所得药柱外观均匀,无铝粉迁移,炸药拉伸及压缩力学性能较捏合法制备的样品显著提升,具有良好的应用前景。In view of the problem that aluminum powders(Al)are easy to react with water in the process of water suspension granulation,the traditional water suspension granulation technique was improved.Anhydrous ethanol was adopted as the solvent medium of suspension method,and a novel solvent suspension granulation method which can be applied to aluminized explosives was obtained.The experimental results showed that the granulation technology could effectively avoid the reaction between aluminum powders and water.Compared with the kneading method,the obtained molding powder particles were more uniform in size and exhibited better fluidity.The mechanical sensitivity test results showed that the safety performance of the aluminized explosive was good,showing both the impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity of 0%.The pressing experimental results showed that the aluminized explosives prepared by solvent suspension method had good molding performance,uniform appearance and no migration of Al powders,showing a good application prospect.
