摘  要:基于铜铬锆(Cu-Cr-Zr)合金的前处理方法,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法,并通过选择合适的分析谱线实现了Cu-Cr-Zr合金中铬、锆、钴、镁、铌(Zr、Cr、Co、Mg、Nb)元素含量的同时测定。同时,通过内标元素校正,有效提高Zr、Cr、Co、Mg、Nb测定的稳定性。使用该方法测定铜合金标准样品中各元素含量,其相对标准偏差在0.044~0.68,加标回收率达到97~103,且精密度和准确度均满足实验分析要求。因此,该方法可用于监测铜铬锆合金中元素含量,检测结果可对实际生产工艺调整提供可靠依据。Based on the pretreatment method of Cu-Cr-Zr,this article realized the simultaneous measurement of Zr,Cr,Co,Mg and Nb in the Cu-Cr-Zr alloy by an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry and selecting the appropriate analysis spectrum.At the same time,the internal standard element correction can effectively improve the stability of the determination of Zr,Cr,Co,Mg,and Nb.The results of the determination of copper alloy standard samples are within the uncertainty,the relative standard deviation of the sample elements is 0.044-0.68,the recovery rate of addition is between 97-103,and the precision and accuracy meet the requirements of experimental analysis.Thus,this method could be utilized to supervise the element content in the Cu-Cr-Zr alloy,and the detective results could suppy a reliable basis for the adjustment of the practical production process.
