摘　　要：对钢包使用过程中的钢包包口和永久层砌筑进行了优化,减少了钢包包口损坏频率和钢包永久层开裂现象,提高了钢包运行的安全性。后续对钢包包身进行喷补作业,钢包包龄由129炉提高至181炉,并进一步优化钢包的使用要求。The optimization of the ladle opening and permanent layer masonry during the use of the ladle is described,which reduces the frequency of damage to the ladle mouth and the cracking of the permanent layer of the ladle,improves the safety of the ladle operation,and subsequently performs gunning operations on the ladle body.The ladle age has been increased from 129 heats to 181 heats,and the requirements for the use of the ladle have been further optimized.
