城市旧城传统商贸区改造更新研究--以成都市金牛区荷花池商贸区为例

摘　　要：近年来,在城市空间的快速扩张及电商平台的猛烈冲击下,传统商贸区面临严重的发展困境,如何对其改造更新成为急需解决的现实问题。本文以成都市金牛区荷花池商贸区为例,将城市发展、消费背景,以及配套服务三大要素纳入更新考虑范畴,以契合考虑因素为基础,通过渐进式更新方式,提出传统商贸区改造更新的具体措施,为其他城市旧城传统商贸区改造更新研究提供参考。In recent years,under the rapid expansion of urban space and the fierce impact of e-commerce platform,the traditional trade zone is facing serious development difficulties,and how to reform and update it has become a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently.Taking Hehuachi business zone in Jinniu District,Chengdu as an example,this paper takes three elements of urban development,consumption background and supporting services into the category of renewal consideration,and puts forward the concrete measures for the transformation and renewal of the traditional trade zone through gradual renewal method,which provides a reference for the research on the transformation and renewal of the traditional trade zone in other cities.
