摘　　要：城市综合体的功能配置方式多种多样,有不同的价值诉求。因此,在设计过程中需要综合协调各方面的要求,解决各种复杂的社会问题。本文针对城市综合体空间尺度大、交通体系发达及服务多功能性等建筑设计的特点进行了详细的分析。以廊坊新世界项目为例,对城市综合体的规划设计措施的相关原则、具体措施及规划设计中需注意的要点提出部分建议,以期能为相关从业者提供参考。The function configuration of urban complex is various and has different value demands.Therefore,in the design process,it is necessary to coordinate the requirements of all aspects to solve various complex social problems.In this paper,the characteristics of urban complex such as large spatial scale,developed transportation system and multi-functional service are analyzed in detail.On this basis,taking the project of Langfang New World as an example,this paper puts forward some suggestions on relevant principles,specific measures and key points to be noted in the planning and design of urban complex,so as to provide a reference for relevant practitioners.
