成熟期资源型小城镇产业转型路径探索--以山西省保德县为例

摘　　要：资源型小城镇普遍面临资源枯竭、产业转型动力不足等现实问题[1],因此及时避免产业结构“锁定效应”深化,为城镇转型发展做好铺垫便是关键所在。本文以保德县为例,通过剖析现状产业问题,梳理既有资源型小城镇产业发展路径,提出保德县产业转型路径,并结合保德县的现实基础,提出具体的转型策略建议。Resource-based small towns are generally faced with practical problems such as resource depletion and lack of driving force for industrial transformation.So it is the key to timely avoid the deepening of the“lock-in effect”of the industrial structure and to lay the foundation for the transformation.This paper takes Baode County as an example,analyzes the current industrial problems,combs the industrial development path of the existing resource-based small towns,and puts forward the path of industrial transformation for Baode County.Then it puts forward specific transformation strategies and suggestions based on the actual conditions of Baode County.
