乡村振兴背景下的农村民居改造--以昆明五岳村太宅改造项目为例

摘　　要：近年来,农村空心化的情况正在日益加剧,伴随着大量劳动人口流失,农村经济失去了活力和生机。2021年2月25日,国家乡村振兴局正式挂牌,给乡村振兴带来了新的希望,本文正是基于这样的政策背景,开展云南昆明五岳村太宅的改造项目。改造设计的初衷是探索一套适用于云南传统民居的设计思路。以尊重传统生活习惯,用亲民的造价来开展建筑实践。希望五岳村太宅改造项目的完成,可以为当地村民提供一种新的建造思路。传统民居不代表落后的生活方式,相反传统民居中蕴含着祖祖辈辈生活的智慧,通过合理的改造和设计,也将会创造更加现代舒适的生活空间。In recent years,the situation of rural hollowing-out is getting worse and worse,accompanied by the loss of a large number of labor force,making the rural economy lose its vitality and vitality.On February 25,2021,the National Rural Revitalization Bureau was officially launched,bringing new hope to rural revitalization,and it was against this backdrop that we launched the project to transform Taizhai in Wuyue village,Kunming,Yunnan.The original intention of the reconstruction design is to explore a set of ideas suitable for the design of traditional folk houses in Yunnan.The architectural practice is conducted on the basis of respecting the traditional living habits with more people-friendly construction costs.It is hoped that the completion of Taizhai reconstruction project in Wuyue village will provide a new way of construction for the local villagers.The traditional houses do not represent a backward way of life.Instead,the traditional houses contain the wisdom of living for generations.As long as through the reasonable transformation and design,they will also create more modern and comfortable living space.
