摘  要:随着经济社会的发展,公民健康意识不断提高,继而导致保健品需求量的增加。中老年群体作为保健品消费的主要人群,其消费行为受多个维度影响,因此对中老年群体保健品消费行为及其影响因素进行研究显得尤为必要。首先,将跨理论模型与消费行为模型进行整合,尝试搭建一个可介入的变化阶段理论分析框架,试图从知觉、个性、社会、文化、需求、态度等方面探究中老年群体心理及周围环境变化与消费行为之间的关系;其次,对消费行为动态过程中存在潜在影响的微观因素进行实证分析,结果表明,中老年群体保健品消费行为主要受消费金额、消费频率、消费途径等因素影响。最后,在定量分析基础上提出相应对策建议。With the development of the economy and society, citizens’health awareness has been continuously improved, which in turn has led to an increase in the demand for health products.As the main group of health care products consumption, the middle-aged and elderly people’s consumption behavior is affected by multiple dimensions, so it is particularly necessary to study the health care product consumption behavior and its influencing factors of the middle-aged and elderly groups.Firstly, integrate the cross-theoretical model with the consumer behavior model, try to build an interventional theoretical analysis framework for the change stage, and try to explore the changes in the psychological and surrounding environment of the middle-aged and old people from the aspects of perception, personality, society, culture, demand, attitude, etc.The relationship between consumption behaviors.Secondly, an empirical analysis of the micro-factors that have potential influence in the dynamic process of consumption behaviors.The results show that the consumption behaviors of health products in middle-aged and elderly groups are mainly affected by factors such as consumption amount, consumption frequency, consumption channels and other factors.Finally, on the basis of quantitative analysis, put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
