摘　　要：探讨黄文政教授辨治疑难慢性肾病临证经验,并列举验案4则:当归芍药散合刘寄奴汤化裁治疗成年多囊肾腰痛;防己茯苓汤、真武汤合四物汤、水陆二仙丹化裁治疗老年肾病综合征;麦门冬汤合四妙勇安汤化裁治疗狼疮性肾炎;茵陈蒿汤合柴胡达原饮、升降散化裁治疗乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎。探讨黄文政教授辨病与辨证相结合,临证用药既有经方的严谨以针对病机,又有时方的轻灵以顾护病症,融经方、时方于一炉,惟效是尚,足资临床参考。To explore Professor HUANG Wenzheng’s clinical experience in treating difficult chronic kidney diseases,and lists four cases:Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with Liujinu Decoction for treating lumbago of adult polycystic kidney disease;treatment of senile nephrotic syndrome with Fangji Fuling Decoction,Zhenwu Decoction combined with Siwu Decoction and Shuilu Erxian Dan;treatment of lupus nephritis with Maimendong Decoction combined with Simiao Yongan Decoction;treatment of hepatitis B virus associated nephritis with Yinchenhao Decoction combined with Chaihu Dayuan Decoction and Shengjiang Powder.Professor HUANG combines both syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,clinical medication not only has the rigor of classical prescriptions to aim at pathogenesis,but also has the lightness of current prescriptions to take care of diseases,and integrates classical prescriptions and current prescriptions,but the effect is superior to pursue curative effect,which is sufficient for clinical reference.
