摘　　要：介绍檀金川教授治疗局灶节段性肾小球硬化的诊疗经验,檀教授认为治疗该病应将中医理论与微观表现相结合,针对微观,分型论治,同时配合激素、免疫抑制剂及其他西药的应用,达到优势互补、标本兼治的作用,此外要注意预防感染、规律停药、合理饮食、避免劳累等以防止其复发,并附典型病案1例,以供参考。This paper introduces Professor TAN Jinchuan’s diagnosis and treatment experience in treating focal segmental glomerulosclerosis.He thinks that the treatment of this disease should combine the theory of Chinese medicine with microscopic manifestation,treat the disease according to microscopic classification,and cooperate with hormones,immunosuppressants and other western medicines to achieve the functions of complementing each other’s advantages and treating both the symptoms and root causes.In addition,attention should be paid to preventing infection,stopping drugs regularly,eating reasonably and avoiding fatigue to prevent its recurrence.A typical medical record is attached for reference.
