摘  要:项目后评价是项目管理过程的重要环节,目前电网技改大修项目只选取部分重点项目开展后评价试点,无法反映项目整体执行效果。本文介绍基于Spark框架开发技改大修项目后评价系统的过程,该系统利用大数据技术处理后评价基础数据,采用多层次模糊综合评价法对项目执行效果进行打分,为技改大修项目的常态化开展提供了技术保障。Project post-evaluation is an important part of the project management process.At present,only some key projects are selected for power grid technical revamping and equipment overhaul projects to carry out post-evaluation pilots,which cannot reflect the overall implementation effect of the project.This paper introduces the process of developing a post-evaluation system for technical revamping and equipment overhaul projects based on the Spark framework.The system uses big data technology to process the basic data of post-evaluation,and uses the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to score project implementation effects,which provides technical support for the normal development of technical revamping and equipment overhaul projects.
