摘　　要：对于现代化城市的发展来说,合理利用地下空间资源,已经成为必然的趋势。分析国内外地下空间开发利用现状,结合当前政策与实际案例剖析我国城市地下空间发展目前存在的问题,总结未来发展方向,并给出几点建议。For the development of modern cities,rational use of underground space resources,has become an inevitable trend.This paper analyzes the current situation of underground space development and utilization at home and abroad,analyzes the existing problems in the development of urban underground space in China based on the current policies and actual cases,summarizes the future development direction,and gives some suggestions.
