摘　　要：目的构建养老机构志愿者预立医疗照护计划培训内容。方法以Bloom目标教学理论为指导,通过文献分析、半结构式访谈、专家小组会议拟定培训内容初稿,采用Delphi法确立最终的培训内容。结果培训内容初稿包括3个一级条目、6个二级条目及36个三级条目;共15名专家参与2轮函询,问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.864和0.867,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.250和0.262(P<0.01);最终确立的养老机构志愿者预立医疗照护计划培训内容共包括3个一级条目、6个二级条目及28个三级条目。结论构建的养老机构志愿者预立医疗照护计划培训内容科学合理,可为相关人员培训的实施提供参考依据。Objective To construct an training content of advance care planning for volunteers in nursing homes.Methods Based on Bloom’s goal teaching theory,the original training content was developed through literature reviews,semi-structured interviews,and expert group meetings.Delphi consultation was adopted to determine the final training content.Results The original training content included 3 first-level indicators,6 second-level indicators and 36 third-level indicators.Fifteen experts completed two rounds of consultation.The response rate in both rounds was 100%,while the authority coefficients were 0.864 and 0.867,and the values of Kendall’W were 0.250 and 0.262(P<0.01),respectively.The final training content of advance care planning for volunteers in nursing homes included 3 first-level indicators,6 second-level indicators and 28 third-level indicators.Conclusions The training content of advance care planning for volunteers in nursing homes is scientific and reasonable,and it can provide references for the implementation of education.
