基于《黄帝内经》对“痹”内涵及痹病分类的认识

摘　　要：目的:通过对《黄帝内经》及其他文献对痹理论的整理,探讨《黄帝内经》痹的含义及其对痹病的认识,为更好地认识"痹"提供理论依据。方法:采用文献学研究方法为主,并结合逻辑学等其他方法,以理论研究为重点,通过收集相关资料,整理《黄帝内经》中有关痹的论述,分析《黄帝内经》中与痹有关的条文,并对其进行系统归纳。结果:痹最早见于《黄帝内经》,其在《黄帝内经》中含义主要有三,即作为病名使用也可用来阐述病机,还可用于描述症状;痹病的认识极其丰富,并不单纯是指肢体经络病,这样的认识可以增进我们对疾病的了解,使诊疗更加完善与规范。Research purpose:By analyzing the theory in Huangdi Neijing and other relative literature,this essay is to probe the connotations of bi to provide theoretical basis for better understanding of the disease.Research method:Adopting the literature research method and combining logic,the essay puts much emphasis on theoretical study and organizes the discussion of bi in Huangdi Neijing by collecting references.Research content:The essay analyzes the articles concerning bi in Huangdi Neijing and summarizes these items systematically.Results:1.Bi was first described in Huangdi Neijing with three connotations.First,it is named as a disease;second,it is used to explain the related pathogenesis;and third,it is used to describe its syndrome.2.There are various explanations for bibing,which does not simply refer to body meridian diseases.This knowledge can not only promote our understanding of the disease,but also improve and standardize our diagnosis and treatment.
