摘 要:针对印刷电路板焊点测试中的测试时长、测试效率等路径优化问题,提出了一种用于电路板自动测试的基于DSO(donkey and smuggler optimization)算法的路径优化方法,通过电路板上焊点坐标信息,编写DSO的优化程序,与蚁群算法、遗传算法和模拟退火算法进行算法有效性的比较与分析,并将其对试际电路板焊点测试路径进行仿真验证。结果表明:该算法能够有效优化电路板上的焊点测试路径,缩短测试时间,为解决电路板自动测试中的路径优化问题,提供了有效理论依据和解决办法。To solve the path optimization issues such as test duration and test efficiency in printed circuit board solder joint testing,a path optimization method based on donkey and smuggler optimization(DSO)algorithm for automatic circuit board testing was proposed.According to the coordinate information of the solder joints on the PCB,the optimization program of DSO was written,and the effectiveness of the algorithm was compared and analyzed with the ant colony algorithm,genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm,meanwhile,the actual PCB solder joint test path was simulated and verified.The results show that the algorithm can effectively optimize the PCB solder joint test path,shorten the test time,and provide an effective theoretical basis and solution for solving the path optimization problem in PCB automatic testing.
