摘 要:通过对该医院的实际用能情况调查,获取了医院近两年的能耗数据,与夏热冬冷地区三个省的能耗定额标准及相近气候条件的项目对比分析,客观反映出该医院建筑能耗水平。分析研究表明,该医院低能耗冷热源系统是影响医院整体建筑能耗降低的关键因素,可再生能源的应用,采用热泵型空调系统,是降低医院建筑能耗非常有效的手段之一。同时,根据项目实际投资及运行费用与参照项目比较,分析了项目冷热源系统的经济性,指出在关注建筑能耗的同时,应根据项目周边的能源条件经技术经济分析确定节能降耗策略。The energy consumption data of the hospital in the past t years were obtained through a survey of the actual energy consumption of the hospital.The collection of the relevant data was compared with the energy consumption quota standards of three provinces in regions with hot summer and cold winter as well as projects with similar climatic conditions.The analysis objectively reflects the energy consumption level of the hospital building.Analysis and research show that the hospital's cold and heat source system with low energy consumption is a key factor affecting the decrease of the hospital's overall energy consumption.The application of renewable energy sources and the use of heat pump air conditioning systems are one of the extremely effective ways to reduce the energy consumption of hospital buildings.The article also analyzes the economics of the cold and heat source system of the project based on the comparison of actual investment and operating costs of current project with the reference ones.The increase of cost should be determined by technical and economic analysis according to the energy conditions around the project.
