摘  要:以北江大桥预应力箱梁用C60低徐变混凝土为背景,对比研究了养护制度及加载龄期对C60混凝土干缩及徐变性能的影响.研究发现,养护制度及加载龄期对C60混凝土干缩及徐变性能影响较大,与GB/T 50082徐变试验制度相比,成型10 d内直接加载比养护28 d后加载测得的混凝土干缩、徐变结果更大,加载龄期越早,加载龄期对混凝土干缩、徐变结果影响越明显.养护28 d后开展试验时,28 d内标准养护的时间越长,混凝土干缩、徐变越小.现场施工时混凝土实际干缩、徐变性能应根据实际加载龄期及养护制度确定。Based on the C60 low creep concrete used for prestressed box girder of Beijiang Bridge in Guangdong Province,the effects of curing age and loading age on the shrinkage and creep of C60 concrete were studied.It is found that curing system and loading age have great influence on the drying shrinkage and creep of C60 concrete,compared with the creep test system of GB/T 50082,the results of dry shrinkage and creep of concrete under direct loading within 10 days of curing are larger than those under loading after curing 28 days.The earlier the loading age is,the more obvious the effect of the loading age on the results of dry shrinkage and creep of concrete is.The longer the standard curing time is,the smaller the shrinkage and creep of concrete will be.The actual shrinkage and creep of concrete in site construction should be determined according to the actual loading age and curing system.
